We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs
Estes and Estes Engineering, Inc. has decades of experience that range from initial feasibility studies, to permitting, to construction management. Whether your project is an entire industrial park or an erosion protection inspection we have you covered.
Civil Engineering
Every site development needs a set of plans to be built from. We provide site layouts, grading elevations, stormwater detention calculations, zoning conformance, permit submittals, ARAP applications, and more to all levels of government and reviewing agencies so you can get your project started.
Land Surveying
Land Surveying provides the basis for the engineering design team. The property boundary is verified and the ground elevations and contours are mapped.
Consulting
Engineering does not always require calculations and equations to find a solution. Problems do not always include new constructions, maintenance and repairs, or layouts and designs. We are here to help you with your site specific issues and find a solution that works.
Feasibility & Zoning
Before permit and approval are given, Cities, municipalities, and review agencies ensure that the proposed project meets all codes, standards, and regulations. Developments have limitations and are allowed in the approved zoning designations, with stipulations and utility access. We can take out the guess work and confusion of what is allowed with doing a feasibility study and can help with rezoning a property if that is what it takes.
Erosion Proection
Anytime construction starts and the ground is disturbed and soil is loose, Bent Management Practices (BMP's) are required to stabilize the site. Erosion Projection is critical to each development and required by the Environmental Protection Agency. We can design the BMP's for the site and conduct the site visits to ensure everything is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stormwater Management
Stormwater Management is critical for each project with the EPA regulations. Post-development stormwater discharge cannot exceed the pre-development discharge, and will often times require an outlet control structure to ensure that. The detention pond size will be based off the amount of new impervious area and can be a traditional pond, or an underground chamber system. We have extensive experience with pond design and control structures to get you what works.
